FUNCTION/MEETING ROOM
We take bookings during the week, EXCEPT on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6.30pm. Children of all ages are welcome and we have high chairs, colouring sheets, books and toys to keep them amused! The cobbles menu being a popular choice especially with the little ones. Anything left to tell you? Oh Yes. We love to help you celebrate! Come and have fun - we will do our very best to make sure you have a good time. Functions
The Galleria has a music centre, a piano and bar facilities. It is used as a happy venue for celebrating Birthdays, engagements, weddings and christenings. Yet, as it is very private, it has also been used for wakes in recent times. We offer a choice of menus to suit your requirements and Ana or Doug will be pleased to discuss those with you. Coffee and tea can be provided on arrival and as frequently as desired, plus either a sandwich lunch (in situ) or something more substantial from our menu which would be served in our upstairs restaurant. Because we are a restaurant we have always strived to have good wine at reasonable prices. We don't serve it in carafes, for the simple reason that we like our customers to be able to see exactly what wine they are drinking. Our refurbished function room (aka The Galleria) is upstairs to the rear of the restaurant. It has a seating capacity for 30 people, but if used in conjunction with our upstairs restaurant, 45 bodies can be accomadated for a buffet style meal. The joint use of the two rooms does not apply to Friday and Saturday evenings.
The Galleria is an ideal space in which to have a business meeting or an away day from the hurly, burly environment of the office. It is private and confidential, and seating can accomodate up to forty people theatre style, or twenty four around a table.
